OOO «Idel Neftemash» , formerly — Ishimbai Oilfield Equipment Plant (IZNPO) — It is the only oil and gas engineering enterprise in the territory of the former Soviet Union, built for the intended purpose for the production of mobile units. The plant was launched in 1977 and since then the main activity of the company has been the production of mobile drilling rigs and lifting rigs for routine maintenance, overhaul and drilling of oil and gas wells. Currently, more than 2500 units manufactured by OOO «Idel Neftemash» are in operation in Russia and and the CIS countries.
To date «Idel Neftemash» is a modern enterprise with rich production experience, modern and high-tech equipment, and highly qualified personnel in its arsenal. All this makes it possible to produce various high-quality oilfield equipment that meets all the needs of oil and gas producers.
The main products of the company are mobile drilling rigs and lifting units for current and major repairs of oil and gas wells, with a lifting capacity from 80 to 270 tons and accessories for them. With unique capabilities, «Idel Neftemash» has combined the efforts, intellectual potential of the plant's personnel with the technical needs of its own oil drilling company, which allows accelerating the development and introduction of new products. The model range of manufactured mobile units for drilling and well repair has been expanded.
Today «Idel Neftemash» produces Idel-80, Idel-100, Idel-125, Idel-140, Idel-160, Idel-180, Idel-200, Idel-250, Idel-270 mobile drilling rigs on various chassis and semi-trailers, swivels drilling rig (VB-80, VB-100, VB-125, VB-140, VB-160, VB-200, VB-250), operating swivel (VE-80, VE-100), drilling rotor R-250 (hydraulic and mechanically driven), the rotor of the drilling shaft 80×400, and also the rotor (drilling) bases, receiving bridges and bases for a mobile lifting unit of various modifications, systems for the movement of drilling rigs SPBU Idel-250.
The manufactured equipment passes factory tests on the appropriate stands and meets the requirements of the rules in the oil and gas industry in 2013.
A program of technical re-equipment of production is being implemented, a foundry site has been put into operation, which fully covers its own need for casting. The technical services of the enterprise (department of the chief designer, department of the chief technologist, department of the chief metallurgist and department of the chief welder) are equipped with the latest technology and are provided with modern software. The design and preparation of production are fully automated, which makes it possible to modify manufactured equipment and develop new ones in a short time.
The quality management system GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000) has been implemented and operates at Idel Neftemash.The system is applied to the design, production and supply of products. Every seventh worker in the main production works with a personal stamp. To verify that the products meet the established requirements, the organization carries out quality control at all stages of the product life cycle. Special attention is paid to the quality control of welded joints, for which non-destructive testing methods are used: ultrasound, X-ray, flaw detection.
Oil and gas companies are working on the replacement of morally and physically outdated equipment, thereby imposing high and strict requirements for safety, comfort and especially for the efficiency and performance of mobile drilling rigs.
Reflecting on this situation, manufacturers of oilfield equipment in conditions of intense competition direct their efforts to improve the manufactured equipment, accelerated development and production of new products using innovative technologies.
